Q. How long does a dealer have to stay on the program?
A: Enrollment periods vary based on the program. Upon enrollment, Dealers will be required to stay on for a minimum of 60 days for both Digital Advertising and SEO. After that point, dealers can opt-out at any time.
Dealers enrolled in other products/services like Chat/SMS, Email Marketing, Fixed-Ops, and/or Website Assistant can opt-out at any time. Dealers will be required to follow standard FCA Digital billing rules in any circumstance.
Q. What are the standard FCA Digital Billing Rules?
