A: Yes, the below products and services and 100% FMAP eligible.

Q: What requirements does a claim need to meet for it to be eligible for full reimbursement?

A: Claims must meet the below requirements.

  • Be from a Certified Vendor
  • Be submitted by FCA’s designated Certified Digital Provider
  • Have a minimum monthly budget for SEM campaigns of $999
  • Have a minimum monthly budget for SEO campaigns of $499
  • Drive traffic to the dealer FCA Digital program website

Q. What does a dealer need to do to get PAP reimbursement?

A: PAP approval and submission for reimbursement is automatic through FCA Digital for the following products:

  • Foureyes
  • LotLinx
  • OneCommand Email Marketing
  • Website Assistant

Q. What does a dealer need to do to get FMAP reimbursement?

A: FMAP approval and submission for reimbursement is automatic through FCA Digital for the following products:

  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Online Chat
  • Social & Reputation Management
  • Foureyes
  • LotLinx
  • OneCommand Email Marketing
  • Website Assistant

For Website Assistant reimbursement, dealers must provide PAP/FMAP with their FCA Digital invoice.

Q. How long does a dealer have to stay on the program?

A: Enrollment periods vary based on the program. Upon enrollment, Dealers will be required to stay on for a minimum of 60 days for both Digital Advertising and SEO. After that point, dealers can opt-out at any time.

Dealers enrolled in other products/services like Chat/SMS, Email Marketing, Fixed-Ops, and/or Website Assistant can opt-out at any time. Dealers will be required to follow standard FCA Digital billing rules in any circumstance.

Q. What are the standard FCA Digital Billing Rules?

A: All FCA Digital products are month-to-month agreements and must be canceled before the 10th of each month. If opting out, you must email info@chryslerdigital.com on or before the 10th of your last participating month if you do not wish to be billed for the following month.

Q. How can I get analytics/reporting for my website/providers?

A: The program is tightly integrated with your FCA Digital website and FCA Digital’s Engage. Up-to-date analytics will always be available within Engage. Campaign analytics will be available and provided by your selected vendor(s) on an on-going basis.
